TrueHR was established by Charlie Higgs and Chantelle Bensch, both admitted attorneys specialising in Labour Law. 

The purpose of TrueHR is to provide additional human resource management services to clients that goes beyond labour litigation services. 

Charlie Higgs and Chantelle Bensch have combined experience of more than 17 years in the labour law environment.  This uniquely qualifies them as they have the experience and expertise to provide specific human resource management services. 

Being profound role-players in the labour law field, TrueHR has combined forces with additional role players in the human resource sphere to provide cutting-edge services to clients.  These role players include payroll specialists, labour consultants and an industrial psychologist.  Despite the expertise, TrueHR is in a position to provide these services at an optimal cost to clients.

TrueHR is situated in Fairland, Johannesburg but assists clients all over South Africa.  The majority of all work is done on a virtual platform, however face-to-face services are available should the client prefer same.
