Charlie has a keen interest in Labour Court litigation.

Charlie completed degrees in Business Management and Law, LLB, and LLM in Labour Law at the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus.

He completed his LLM degree and School for Legal Practice Certificate with distinction in the same year.

Thereafter he served his articles of clerkship under Sean Snyman at Snyman Attorneys. 

Neldah Ngobeni

Neldah Ngobeni is a Labour Relations Officer at TrueHR, where she provides expert support in labour law and workplace conflict resolution.

She holds an LLB from Stellenbosch University, where she tutored Foundations of Law and volunteered at the Law Clinic. In 2023, she joined Higgs Attorneys Inc. as a candidate attorney, gaining experience in labour litigation and commercial law. Her passion lies in labour disputes, and she aspires to become a presiding officer in the Labour Court.
